“The only way to do great work, is to love what you do.”  That was a quote by Steve Jobs, who most people remember as the co-founder of Apple Computer Inc. Steve Jobs would go on to inspire and help create one of the biggest businesses people know today. While we aren’t focused on becoming the next Apple Computer Inc, we are focused on inspiring people through our work and showing our love and passion of what we do everyday.

We started our company in 2018 as a concept to revise and renew properties. We have gotten asked a lot, "What is Transfigured and why did you choose that for your  business name?" A definition that we feel sums up our goal as a company, says that transfigure means to transform into something more beautiful or elevated. We want to elevate any property we work on and make it more visually appealing to our customers. Transfiguration is also a process by which things are refined and turned into something even better. That speaks as a metaphor of the story of our lives as we are constantly being transformed. We chose the symbol of the phoenix because in early cultures, the phoenix typically represented resurrection and rebirth, reminding people that even out of destruction, can come something new. It's also a sign of courage, resilience, and hope. All things we need to continue to not only grow our business but ourselves as well.
